Can I change my plan later?
Yes — Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately, and we prorate the difference so you only pay for what you use.
What counts as a contact?
A contact is any unique subscriber in your audience — typically identified by their email address. Unsubscribed and bounced contacts are kept in your account for compliance but don’t count toward your plan limit.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 7-day free trial — no credit card required. You’ll have full access to everything in Starter or Growth, and you can cancel before the trial ends with zero charge.
Do you help me migrate from another tool?
Yes — migration is free. Send us an export from Mailchimp, Flodesk, ConvertKit, or any other tool and our team will import your contacts, segments, and templates for you at no cost. Most migrations are complete within one business day.
How does billing work?
You’re billed monthly based on the plan and contact tier you’re on.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — no contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancel from your billing settings and you’ll keep full access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account drops to the Free plan automatically.
