Can I change my plan later?
Yes — Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately, and we prorate the difference so you only pay for what you use.
What counts as a contact? Do I pay for ghost subscribers?
No — you only pay for the active subscribers you actually have. A contact is any unique subscriber in your audience, identified by their email. Unsubscribed, bounced, and inactive ghost contacts are kept in your account for compliance and list hygiene, but they never count toward your plan limit. You should never pay for people who will never open.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 7-day free trial — no credit card required. You’ll have full access to everything in Starter or Growth, and you can cancel before the trial ends with zero charge.
I'm scared of breaking everything. Will you migrate me?
Yes — migration is free and done for you, so there's no migration terror and nothing breaks. Send us an export from Mailchimp, Flodesk, ConvertKit, Kajabi, or any other tool and our team will import your contacts, tags, segments, and templates for you at no cost — without losing a subscriber. Most migrations are complete within one business day.
How does billing work?

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — no contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancel from your billing settings and you’ll keep full access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account drops to the Free plan automatically.
